At ACT Medical Centres, we use evidence-based medications: methadone and suboxone to treat our patients and assist them on their road to recovery. These synthetic opioids are used as a method of treatment for addictions to a variety of drugs such as: fentanyl, heroin, oxycodone, morphine, and all opiate derivatives.
The use of methadone and suboxone allow our team to treat your underlying issues while the medications stabilize your symptoms by blocking the neurological effects of the drugs, alleviating physical pain and decreasing cravings normally felt during withdrawal. For more information on these medications and precautions come and visit one of our clinics, our team is here to aid you in your recovery helping you get the support, respect, dignity and compassion you need in a consistent non-judgemental atmosphere.
One of the most important choices you are going to make is if you are ready to enter into the program. This is not an easy choice when you take that first step, our team of Clinicians are ready to support your journey to a healthier life.
